Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered through the Seller’s website.
3. Order information
4. General provisions
- The Buyer confirms having reviewed and approved the product, price, payment and delivery information.
- The Seller delivers the order within the promised period.
- If performance becomes impossible, the Buyer is informed and collected amounts are refunded within the statutory period.
- The Buyer is responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
- Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers.
5. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days from delivery without giving any reason.
The notice must be sent to [email protected]. The product must be returned within 10 days following the notice.
The Seller makes the refund no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, subject to applicable law.
6. Exceptions
Statutory exceptions apply to personalised products and sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after opening.
7. Defective products
Where a product is defective, the Buyer may exercise the mandatory remedies available under Turkish consumer law.
8. Disputes
Disputes may be submitted to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court according to the annually published monetary limits and applicable procedures.
