The principal terms that apply when using the Las Vivas Kids online store.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to visitors, account holders and customers of the Las Vivas Kids website. By using the website or placing an order, you accept the current terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Users and accounts
- Purchases must be completed by adults with legal capacity.
- Account details must be accurate and current.
- Users are responsible for account and password security.
- The website may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or security-threatening purposes.
3. Products, prices and availability
We aim to present product, size, colour and care information accurately. Minor colour differences may occur due to screen and lighting settings.
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping and other charges are shown before payment. Orders may be cancelled due to an obvious pricing error, payment problem or stock discrepancy, and collected amounts will be refunded.
4. Payment and security
Payments are completed through authorised payment methods. Card data is processed within the payment provider’s infrastructure. Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions.
5. Shipping, returns and exchanges
Shipping conditions are explained in the “Shipping & Delivery” policy. Return and exchange conditions are explained in the “Returns & Exchanges” policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Las Vivas Kids name, logo, photographs, designs, text and website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
7. Liability
Delays may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party services, natural disasters, transport disruption or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
8. Privacy
Details of personal data processing are explained in the KVKK Privacy Notice and, where applicable, the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. Turkish law applies and consumers retain their mandatory legal rights.
